* Completed vocational training as a Fachinformatiker:in, Elektroniker:in für Informations- und Systemtechnik, Techniker:in, or a comparable qualification
 * Solid experience in the administration of Windows Server systems and Active Directory
 * Good knowledge of network technologies (Network Layer, Link Layer, Physical Layer)
 * Basic knowledge of IT/OT security and experience in critical infrastructure environments
 * Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. CheckMK) is a plus
 * Linux experience, preferably with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, is desirable
 * Structured and analytical working style with a strong focus on problem-solving
 * Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility
 * Business fluency in German is required. Good English skills are an advantage
