## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
 * Minimum of 0-3 years in in backend or AI application development.
 * Proven experience integrating AI agents into enterprise systems.
 * Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
 * Effective communication and presentation skills.
 * Proven ability to collaborate with and support project teams.
 * Ability to travel up to 75%.

## Description

As an Analyst who can envision & design business solutions with AI. You will Design and implement AI agents and agentic workflows. You will be responsible for a program track at client
Responsibilities and skills needed:

 * LLM solutions : Design, build and scale AI products using Claude, OpenAI and similar models.
 * Agentic workflows: Create multi-step agents using LangChain, Google ADK and related frameworks
 * Retrieval & knowledge: Develop RAG, semantic search, knowledge graphs and graph-based retrieva
 * Focused AI : Apply specific prompt engineering approaches to create relevant responses
 * AI engineering: Build data pipelines, API integrations, microservices and Python AI/ML solutions.
 * AI Provenance: Design & build eval methods to ensure integrity of outcomes

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

 * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
 * Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to client executives and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
 * Act as a person running the project activities, work with stakeholders through IT transformation processes.

Team Collaboration and Development:

 * Collaborate with project teams, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely delivery of milestones.
