## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have: 8+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with at least 4+ years focused on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions., * Master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

 * 7+ years of software development experience.
 * 4+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
 * Strong experience building production-grade LLM or Agentic AI applications.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

 * Experience developing pricing, revenue management, demand forecasting, or elasticity models.

## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered and agentic AI applications in production environments.
 * Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using embeddings, vector databases, and information retrieval techniques.
 * Develop, train, evaluate, monitor, and maintain machine learning models throughout the model lifecycle.
 * Establish AI governance practices including guardrails, tracing, model evaluations, monitoring, and retraining strategies.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

 * Implement scalable AI and ML solutions using cloud-native technologies and containerized environments.
 * Utilize Databricks, SageMaker, MLflow, and related MLOps tools for model development and lifecycle management.
 * Design and manage structured and unstructured data architectures using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
 * Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.
