11+ years of experience in C#, .NET, full-stack MVC web application architecture and development
Proficiency in Penetration Testing, secure application design, and vulnerability assessment
Experience with secure database design, administration, and data protection strategies
Experience in Active Directory programming and automated identity lifecycle provisioning
Experience with SSDLC, DISA STIG, PCI, NIST, Pub1075 compliance, and security hardening
Strong verbal/written communication skills with ability to lead technical discussions and documentation

## Description

Design and maintain enterprise application architectures for secure, scalable web solutions
Develop C#/.NET applications, penetration testing utilities, and security-focused tools
Create architecture artifacts including workflow, component, deployment, and design documentation
Implement application hardening, JIT provisioning, vulnerability remediation, and data protection
Collaborate with infrastructure, database, network, and support teams on solution delivery
Provide technical leadership, SDLC reviews, mentoring, testing oversight, and stakeholder updates
