## About the Role

Systems Administration/Management, Systems Administration/Management, Production Systems, Microsoft Windows Operating System, Mac Operating System, Linux Administration, Software Patches, Validation Plan, Change Management, Production Control, * Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale production and test environments

 * Strong hands-on Windows, macOS, and Linux systems administration
 * Endpoint and server patching experience, ideally with Intune, Patch My PC, and Jamf
 * Experience with patch testing, deployment rings, maintenance windows, validation, and rollback planning
 * Vulnerability remediation and experience partnering with Security teams
 * Strong understanding of change management and production controls
 * Ability to recognize risks/issues proactively and follow appropriate escalation procedures
 * Experience participating in on-call rotations and independently troubleshooting production incidents
 * Strong communication - proactively providing status updates, communicating risks, and escalating when appropriate
 * Demonstrated ownership and accountability for work through completion
