## About the Role

* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience conducting comprehensive software testing activities, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect documentation, and process analysis to drive software quality and reliability.
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience creating, refining, and managing test cases and acceptance criteria within Agile development projects, including user story validation and active participation in sprint ceremonies.

Leadership, Risk & Stakeholder Management

 * Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with senior management and leadership teams to communicate testing impacts, facilitate discussions on quality strategy, contribute to risk assessments, and secure alignment on testing approaches and defect resolution.

Public-Facing & Customer Solutions

 * Minimum of 2 years of experience testing IT solutions designed for public use, including validating functionality, user experience, performance, and security considerations for broad customer-facing applications.

Required Education

 * Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

 * Accessibility Testing: 2 years of experience with ADA and WCAG accessibility compliance testing and validation.
 * Vulnerability Management: 2 years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and triaging security vulnerability scan results.
 * Regulatory Compliance: 1 year of experience working with systems or programs governed by regulatory frameworks (such as state or federal compliance standards), ensuring quality practices support strict regulatory mandates.
