## About the Role

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.

 * Experience with Radar Systems and/or other related areas of systems engineering.
 * Experience with radar signal processing, signal processing theory, and/or signal modeling.
 * Experience with MATLAB, Python, and/or LINUX OS platforms., * Experience with radar system concepts, including detection, discrimination, tracking, and signal-processing algorithms; ability to analyze radar requirements and performance through models, algorithms, test vectors, and evaluation tools.
 * Proven system-level engineering experience, including requirements development, documentation, maintenance, and system-level software architecture design.
 * Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain engineering processes, methods, and tools; strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a history of delivering innovative technical solutions.
 * Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as C/C++, Java, DOORS, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including technical writing, presentations, customer interfacing, and cross-discipline teamwork in distributed environments.
 * Ability to work independently or collaboratively, with experience leading technical solution development
 * Advanced Degree in STEM

## Description

* Lead the development of architectures and requirements to define, characterize, develop, and document Ground-Based Radar (GBR) systems, including architectural framework updates, system-of-systems functional and performance requirements, algorithm descriptions, test scenario definitions, and verification approaches.
 * Perform requirements analysis and benchmarking to validate algorithm designs and ensure system-level performance meets operational objectives.
 * Collaborate closely with software and integration/test engineering teams to deliver innovative, high-performing radar solutions.
 * Work onsite in Woburn, MA.
