## Description

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead the identification, design, execution, and deployment of AI-driven healthcare solutions that deliver measurable business and clinical outcomes. This strategic and hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud-native architectures, healthcare technology, and enterprise solution design. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Product, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to transform innovative concepts into scalable, production-ready AI platforms and applications. Responsibilities include defining AI strategy and solution roadmaps, evaluating emerging technologies, leading architecture and design reviews, developing scalable cloud-based architectures, and overseeing implementation from concept through deployment. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning,
predictive analytics, and automation to enhance healthcare operations, member/provider experiences, and clinical outcomes. The AI Solutions Architect will also drive modernization initiatives across the healthcare technology landscape, establish architectural standards and best practices, mentor architects and technical teams, and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements while delivering tangible business value.
