## Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Windows Engineer for a top higher education client. This candidate will join a senior-level infrastructure team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Microsoft infrastructure across primarily on-premises and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID, PowerShell automation, networking, virtualization, storage, disaster recovery, and enterprise infrastructure engineering. This is a true engineering role, not a systems administration position, and will focus heavily on infrastructure projects, architecture, automation, capacity planning, and complex troubleshooting. The engineer will support core Microsoft technologies, clustered infrastructure, SAN storage, backup and disaster recovery solutions, data center operations, and enterprise networking while serving as a senior escalation point and technical leader for critical initiatives. Salary
ranges from $85K-95K. This is remote but will need to travel on-site with our client from time to time.
