 * Konfigurationserfahrung in der BSI Customer Suite sind von Vorteil
 * Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen
 * Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

## Description

* Technische Bewertung und Übersetzung fachlicher Anwendungsfälle in robuste, wartbare Lösungsdesigns
 * Konfigurative Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen und und dazugehörigen Funktionalitäten im Bereich CRM
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Nutzungs- und Berechtigungskonzepten
 * Design und Konfiguration komplexer Customer Journeys in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen mittels CX
 * Aktive Mitwirkung an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der CRM Plattform
 * Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Entwicklern und Dienstleistern
 * Eigenständige Mitarbeit in Projekten zum Plattformausbau, sowie Wartung und Betrieb bestehender Lösungen
