## About the Role

SRI Resources has an immediate, long term contract job opportunity for a Senior Software Engineer - Quality Engineering with a major corporation in Orlando, FL., We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Quality Engineering to join our Global Information Security - Identity and Access Management (IAM) group. This group is responsible for providing a Core IAM ecosystem of products and platforms in use across the company by cast members, employees, and partners within our business segments (Sports, Parks, Studios, Streaming) and corporate functions.

What You'll Do:
As a Quality Engineer (QE), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex systems and applications across The Company. You will apply a software engineering approach to architect, design, build, test, automate, monitor, and operate applications at scale. This role places a strong emphasis on validating intelligent, data-driven systems-requiring a deep understanding of how to test adaptive algorithms, ensure model integrity, and evaluate system behavior under dynamic conditions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust testing frameworks, drive automation, and champion quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Your work will directly impact the delivery of content, experiences, and products that delight users and uphold our standards of excellence.

 * Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for systems that incorporate predictive or adaptive logic
*Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and delivery
*Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data specialists to ensure quality is embedded from ideation through deployment
*Conduct exploratory testing and risk analysis for complex, data-intensive systems
*Monitor and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement
*Advocate for best practices in software quality engineering, including test-driven development, shift-left testing, and validation of non-deterministic behaviors
