 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Geschäftsprozessanalyse und Systemimplementierung.
 * Verständnis logistischer Prozesse, Lagerverwaltung und Transportabläufe.
 * Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management und in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
 * Ausgeprägte analytische, organisatorische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten.
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools und Reporting-Systemen.
 * Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
 * PMP, PRINCE2 oder vergleichbare Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil.

## Description

* Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von IT-Projekten im Bereich Logistik und Supply Chain Management.
 * Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und Entwicklung geeigneter IT-Lösungen.
 * Koordination interner Teams, externer Anbieter und Projektbeteiligter.
 * Implementierung und Optimierung von Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS) und ERP-Integrationen.
 * Erstellung von Projektplänen, Zeitplänen, Budgets und Ressourcenanforderungen.
 * Überwachung von Projektfortschritten sowie Identifikation und Management von Risiken.
 * Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Sicherheitsrichtlinien und Unternehmensvorgaben.
 * Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Anwenderunterstützung.
 * Verwaltung von Änderungsanforderungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse.
 * Erstellung von Projektberichten und Präsentationen für das Management.
 * Unterstützung bei Systemtests, Datenmigrationen und Softwareeinführungen.
 * Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen IT- und Logistikabteilungen.
