## Description

As a Sr. Salesforce Developer, you will lead the design, development, integration, and support of enterprise CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires strong technical leadership, expertise in Salesforce development and integrations, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment., Design, develop, and support enterprise Salesforce CRM solutions and integrations.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance on Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Design and implement secure integrations with backend systems using industry-standard patterns.
Participate in solution sizing, estimation, risk assessment, and design reviews.
Develop and enhance Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and configuration tools.
Perform impact analysis and recommend platform and process improvements.
Implement solutions that align with security, compliance, and performance requirements.
Support automated build, deployment, and release management processes.
Participate in production support and on-call activities to maintain system availability.
