## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field and at least 20 years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
, * Minimum of 12 years of IT-related experience, including at least 8 years in IT management.
, * Must have experience leading IT teams of 20 or more personnel.
, * Must have in-depth experience leading and managing system administrators, network administrators, and other IT professionals.
, * Must have extensive, proven experience implementing and managing IT projects and services, preferably using Agile, Scrum, and related delivery methodologies.
, * Must have experience supporting large-scale programs, including tasks such as conducting technology assessments, trade studies, analysis of alternatives, and capability roadmap development.
, * Must have demonstrated experience collaborating effectively across multiple internal teams and customer organizations, preferably on a very large program.
, * Must have experience working in an Agile development environment, and with Agile systems engineering, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
