and KPI frameworks that reliably reflect organizational performance Validate dashboard data, troubleshoot reporting discrepancies, and improve performance and usability of existing reports Automate recurring reports and reduce reliance on manual reporting processes Train and support end users on dashboards and self-service reporting tools, documenting data sources, logic, and definitions Minimum Requirements: 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, dashboard development, or a related field Hands-on experience with a BI and visualization platform such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases Experience building dashboards, reports, data models, and KPI frameworks Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical reporting solutions Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard design best practices Ability to explain technical information clearly to
non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or Google BigQuery Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration tools Knowledge of dimensional modeling, data warehouses, and semantic models Experience with DAX, Power Query, Tableau calculations, or comparable BI technologies Familiarity with Python or another data-analysis language Experience working in an Agile or cross-functional team environment
