This posting is for the OS Support track: keeping our Windows and Linux server environments patched, secure, and reliable, including Group Policy, Windows Server roles, certificate management, file shares, and the applications running on those systems. A foundational understanding of AWS is expected; deeper AWS certification is a plus, not a requirement. This role also carries an on-call rotation, which occasionally includes basic networking troubleshooting - while networking is not the primary focus of this track, some working networking ability is expected. This role is also a natural next step for team members growing up from our Infrastructure Support I position.
