## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on C# and .NET Framework experience including ASP.NET MVC and Web API, with the team actively migrating legacy systems to .NET Core so exposure to both is a plus
 * Strong SQL Server skills including complex queries, joins, CTEs, stored procedures, and functions. This is the most common gap the team has seen in recent interviews and will be screened closely
 * Experience with RESTful APIs, whether building or consuming, along with unit testing as part of your own development cycle and version control experience in TFS, GitHub, or GitLab
 * Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot as a productivity aid, with the ability to understand, explain, and debug the output rather than deploy it blindly
