## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
 * 6 years experience in a test engineering or related autonomous vehicle development role.
 * Experience with Linux command line and data logging tools.
 * Python or MATLAB experience for data parsing/analysis.
 * Experience leading test campaigns at major proving grounds
 * Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
 * Strong working knowledge of vehicle dynamics
 * Detailed knowledge of autonomous vehicle hardware and software
 * Proficient with systems engineering workflows and requirement V&V
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
 * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
 * Ability to travel.
 * Open-minded and collaborative team player with the willingness to help others.
 * Passionate about being part of an organization solving self-driving technologies.
 * Proving ground experience or certifications is a plus

## Description

* Work with Waabi engineers to prepare test plans and vehicle systems for test evolutions
 * Coordinate and execute closed course and on road test plans.
 * Generate detailed test reports, documenting vehicle performance
 * Curate test schedules and coordinate testing resources
 * Collaborate with the operations team to maintain effective and timely communication between drivers, engineers, and additional company stakeholders.
 * Support the operations team with vehicle system inspections, maintenance, and record-keeping.
 * Maintain a safe and organized work environment at the facility.
