* Solid technical experience installing and programming residential smart home and home automation systems

## Description

We're seeking a Lead Installer / Programmer who can lead by example on the job site, guiding newer team members, ensuring top-quality installations, and handling all programming responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is someone with solid technical chops, clean and professional presentation, and a collaborative spirit. This is someone who is just as comfortable helping wire a rack as they are supporting teammates or talking with high-end clientele.
Responsibilities

 * Lead by example on the job site, guiding newer team members and setting the standard for quality
 * Ensure top-quality installations from rough-in through completion
 * Handle all programming responsibilities on residential smart home and home automation projects
 * Work hands-on alongside the team, including rack wiring and system build-out
 * Support teammates and collaborate to keep projects moving
 * Communicate professionally and directly with high-end clients
