## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience. Additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.

## Description

Leidos is looking for a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes for multiple projects and teams on the Task Order. The successful candidate will help configure the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to the Task Order's needs, standardizing and documenting practices to ensure valued delivery to the customer.
Primary Responsibilities

 * Establish and communicate calendars for program increments (PI)
 * Facilitate PI planning readiness by bringing together the vision, roadmap and backlogs through pre and post PI planning events
 * Lead and facilitate PI planning events
 * Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities
 * Help manage risks and dependencies
 * Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
 * Assist with decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams
 * Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Task Order Management, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
 * Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with customer and team interactions
