 * Systemverfugbarkeit & Performance: Sicherstellung eines stabilen, performanten Betriebs der Anwendungen
 * Support & Anwenderbetreuung: Second-Level-Support fur medizinisches Fachpersonal und administrative Anwender:innen
 * Storungsanalyse & Koordination: Analyse und Behebung von Incidents sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Herstellern und Dienstleistern
 * Wartung & Weiterentwicklung: Planung und Durchfuhrung von Updates, Patches, Releasewechseln sowie Integration neuer Module und Schnittstellen
