## Description

We are seeking an experienced UI & Workflow Architect to join a large-scale healthcare transformation initiative supporting the modernization of a next-generation, cloud-native Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) platform. The successful candidate will lead experience architecture, workflow design, and front-end architecture efforts across multiple user personas, including members, clients, and internal operations teams.
This role will be responsible for defining and governing enterprise-wide interaction patterns, design systems, accessibility standards, and user experience frameworks that ensure consistency and scalability across multiple product teams and workstreams., * Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide UI Architecture and Workflow Architecture for complex healthcare applications.

 * Define and maintain front-end standards, interaction patterns, reusable components, and design system governance.
 * Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams to ensure alignment between user experience, business processes, and technical architecture.
 * Drive end-to-end workflow and process redesign initiatives to improve usability, efficiency, and customer experience.
 * Establish and enforce accessibility best practices and compliance standards across digital products.
 * Collaborate with multiple development teams to ensure a consistent and scalable user experience across platforms.
 * Provide architectural guidance for front-end technologies, user interface frameworks, and design system implementation.
 * Support large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs within healthcare environments., * Candidates are not required to reside in the Boston area.
