Join our team and help turn requirements into accomplishments that drive change., The world can't wait. **You Have:** - 2+ years of experience in systems engineering, including the design, modeling, integration, testing, and software development lifecycle on space ground, software, and hardware systems - Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively on a cross-functional team, as well as independently - Ability to demonstrate initiative in completing complex tasks to achieve program goals in a fast-paced environment - Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam - Bachelor's degree in a STEM field **Nice If You Have:** - Experience identifying, analyzing, and proposing space systems or ground systems CONOPS, risks, issues, and opportunities, and mitigating handling plans - Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes and tools for managing system definitions and technical baselines, and developing digital MBSE
models - Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) or Systems Modeling Language (SysML) - Knowledge of cloud engineering or architecture, DevOps and DevSecOps, communication and network architectures, space system operations and tasking, mission planning, or space-ground integration - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and interact with clients - Ability to facilitate written or verbal presentations of strategic or analytical findings - Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, CS, or Systems Engineering **Clearance:** Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. **Compensation** At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
