## About the Role

* 3+ years of relevant AI and/or analytics experience
 * 3+ years' experience programming in Python
 * 3+ years' experience programming in SQL
 * 3+ years' experience working with Cloud technology
 * Experience developing AI/ML-driven products or decision-support tools, familiarity with agentic architecture and deployment
 * Experience developing, implementing and supporting enterprise technology solutions, * Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
 * Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
 * Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
 * Experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), prompt design, and AI orchestration preferred
 * Experience with cloud-based technology platforms and AI solution deployments preferred

Education

 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
 * Master's degree or PhD preferred

## Description

* Leverages cutting-edge AI techniques to develop agents or tools for automation and augmentation use cases in operations
 * Executes AI projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, organizational priorities, and business objectives
 * Analyzes requirements, assesses feasibility, and proposes AI solutions, conversational experiences, prompts, and platform capabilities in order to address new initiative challenges effectively.
 * Collaborates with AI engineers, architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to develop and implement AI solutions
 * Determines analytical approaches and modeling techniques to evaluate scenarios and potential future outcomes
 * Performs analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and/or complex business problems utilizing statistical techniques and mathematical analyses
 * Collaborates with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics
 * Develops and participates in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective constituents on results and solutions
 * Interacts with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to areas of specialization
 * Use strong programming skills to explore, examine and interpret large volumes of data in various forms
