## About the Role

* Strong technical knowledge of the design, programming, and troubleshooting of one or more of the following:

 * Card access systems.
 * Integrated security systems.
 * Hybrid IT-based video systems.
 * Related information technology systems.
 * Experience with the design, installation, integration, and federation of global access control and IP video management systems.
 * Experience administering integrated access control and CCTV systems, such as Genetec and AXIS.
 * Ability to troubleshoot across operating systems, server hardware, and network topologies.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to provide training and technical guidance.

Preferred Experience

 * Hands-on experience with the Genetec unified platform.

## Description

* Design, implement, and configure complex technical security systems.
 * Provide specialized support to ensure reliable system operation and maintenance.
 * Serve as a subject matter expert for physical security management systems and applications.
 * Troubleshoot application, database, operating system, and network issues across PCs and servers.
 * Collaborate with database teams, network teams, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
 * Support new system deployments and remediation of existing systems.
 * Coordinate implementation activities with project managers and physical security teams.
 * Ensure the quality of services delivered to application users, application owners, and IT teams.
 * Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, change communications, and outage notifications.
 * Train others on relevant systems and processes.
