## About the Role

* 5+ years shipping complex user-facing products in production (web + mobile ideal)
 * Strong product instincts - you push back when something doesn't feel right for the user
 * Deep TypeScript fundamentals (component architecture, state management, performance)
 * Ability to operate independently: you take ownership of a problem and drive it forward
 * Pragmatic judgment on architecture vs. shipping and learning
 * Clear communicator who can articulate tradeoffs and advocate for their approach

Our stack is Angular + Ionic. Strong engineers from React, Vue, or other modern frameworks ramp quickly - we care more about fundamentals than specific framework experience.
