This is a highly technical consulting role focused on solving complex migration challenges, driving modernization strategy, and ensuring successful application re-platforming with minimal oversight., * Lead modernization and migration of legacy mainframe applications.

 * Develop and support solutions using Micro Focus COBOL, Enterprise Developer, Enterprise Server, and Visual COBOL
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex migration, integration, and performance issues.
