 * Knowledge of vehicle integration, CAD, packaging, and validation.

 * Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.

## Description

Seeking an experienced Design Systems Engineer to lead system integration and product development for axle, driveline, transfer case, gear reducer, and 4WD/AWD systems., * Lead vehicle systems integration, architecture, and interface management.

 * Coordinate CAD packaging, design reviews, and virtual validation.
 * Manage technical risks, DFMEA/DRBFM, and root cause investigations.
 * Drive engineering releases, change management, and prototype readiness.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams, suppliers, manufacturing, and validation.
 * Support cost reduction, quality improvement, and production launch.
