## Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data/Reporting Analyst in Miami Fl. This position will work closely with the Chief Data Officer to drive operational excellence., Process Analysis and Improvement:

 * Analyze current processes, workflows, and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
 * Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase productivity and reduce costs
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
 * Collect and analyze process performance metrics to measure the impact of improvements

Project Coordination:

 * Coordinate project activities between various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success
 * Facilitate communication, manage timelines, and track deliverables for assigned projects
 * Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints, escalating issues as needed
 * Prepare project status reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders

Data Analysis and Reporting:

 * Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights
 * Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations
 * Collaborate with data analysts and subject matter experts to ensure data accuracy and integrity
 * Present data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making
