What You'll Do

As the site IT technology expert, you will:

 * Implement, maintain, configure, and upgrade manufacturing applications, systems, and infrastructure.
 * Provide hands-on support for production, engineering, and office technology environments.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across operational and business systems.
 * Lead local implementation of global IT and digital manufacturing projects.
 * Partner with production engineers, process owners, and managers to deliver technology solutions that drive efficiency and reliability.
 * Support networking, servers, virtualization platforms, databases, cloud technologies, and industrial systems.
 * Develop and maintain system documentation, backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, and technology roadmaps.
 * Deliver user training and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term success and sustainability.
 * Promote continuous improvement through data-driven problem solving and technology optimization.
 * Support compliance with Sandvik standards and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
