* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of:\n

 + 10+ Years with MS/PhD

 * Possess an Active US Government Secret security clearance (with ability to possess TS)
\n

 * Minimum 5 years of experience leading development of RF Electronic Warfare systems, * M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 13+ years of experience or Ph.D. with 11+ years of experience.
\n

 * 10+ years of experience as a Chief Engineer or equivalent leading development of Electronic Warfare systems
\n

 * Experience with technical performance measurements and cost account management
\n

 * Formal Root Cause and Corrective Action training or equivalent experience
\n

 * Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as MagicDraw
\n

 * Experience with Electronic Warfare systems and RADAR systems
\n

 * Active United States security clearance, Top Secret, SCI Eligible
\n

 * Experience with functional management
\n
