The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading large-scale banking or credit union transformation programs, including Fiserv DNA conversions, data migrations, testing and validation efforts, merger and acquisition initiatives, and core banking platform implementations.

 1. Fiserv DNA Core Banking Experience

Direct experience with the Fiserv DNA platform is essential, including knowledge of DNA data structures, account relationships, product configurations, major/minor codes, and conversion activities.

 1. Data Migration Project Experience

Demonstrated success managing complex data migrations, including data mapping, testing, validation, reconciliation, defect remediation, mock conversions, and production cutovers., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

 * 7+ years leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives within banking, credit unions, or financial services.
 * 5+ years managing core banking conversions, data migrations, merger and acquisition initiatives, or enterprise transformation programs.
 * Experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
 * Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and stakeholder management.
 * Excellent written, verbal, organizational, analytical, and leadership skills., * PMP, PgMP, or other Project Management certifications.
 * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or other Agile certifications.
 * Direct experience with the Fiserv DNA Core Banking Platform.
 * Hands-on experience leading or supporting Fiserv DNA conversions.

## Description

* Lead one or more complex enterprise initiatives related to a core banking conversion and organizational integration program.
 * Own project execution from initiation through closure.
 * Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.
 * Facilitate effective collaboration across business, technology, operations, data, and vendor teams.
 * Provide executive-level communication, reporting, and status updates.

Conversion & Data Migration Management

 * Lead the end-to-end management of core banking conversion workstreams.
 * Coordinate product mapping between legacy and target-state banking products.
 * Manage field-to-field data mapping and migration activities.
 * Develop and oversee comprehensive testing, validation, reconciliation, and defect remediation plans.
 * Coordinate multiple mock conversions and conversion rehearsals.
 * Lead readiness planning and production cutover activities.

Governance, Risk, & Financial Management

 * Establish and maintain project governance standards.
 * Prepare and participate in steering committee meetings.
 * Manage RAID logs, project budgets, forecasts, invoices, and resource plans.
 * Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
 * Track and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

 * Build strong partnerships across business lines, technology teams, data teams, vendors, consultants, and third-party partners.
 * Review vendor contracts and statements of work (SOWs).
 * Drive accountability across teams without direct reporting authority.
