## Description

* Du verantwortest die technische Architektur unserer Cloud-Produkte (auf Basis von Kubernetes und Azure) und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter - mit Fokus auf Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit und Performance
 * Du arbeitest hands-on im cross-funktionalen Produktteam (Product, UX, Engineering) an der Umsetzung neuer Features und Plattform-Weiterentwicklungen
 * Du führst die Entwickler:innen im Team fachlich, setzt technische Standards und unterstützt durch Coaching und Mentoring
 * Du gestaltest Architekturentscheidungen gemeinsam mit dem Architekten und leitest die technische Umsetzung in enger Abstimmung mit Product und Stakeholdern
 * Du koordinierst technische Themen über Teams hinweg und sorgst für eine stabile, skalierbare Gesamtarchitektur
