## Description

Our organization is hiring a Business Intelligence Specialist to help build an executive-level dashboarding experience. In this role, you will use Grafana to integrate data from ServiceNow, Splunk, and other operational systems to support real-time observability across the organization. You will lead the buildout of a centralized Grafana dashboarding environment to support executive-level visibility and operational monitoring, transitioning from existing Power BI solutions.

Project Details/Duties:

 * Develop, design, and maintain dashboards using Grafana and ServiceNow for data visualization.
 * Collaborate with technical and business teams to gather requirements and implement real-time dashboard solutions tailored to organizational needs.
 * Build and configure back-end integrations between Grafana and various data sources.
 * Build and implement Grafana dashboards that monitor systems, performance, application health, and key KPIs.
 * Optimize user experience (UX) by ensuring dashboards are intuitive and provide actionable insights.
 * Provide technical expertise and support for assessing and improving existing dashboard solutions.
