## About the Role

* Strong hands-on Workday Recruiting configuration experience, including business processes, conditions/condition rules, workflows, and troubleshooting.
 * Experience supporting post-implementation stabilization, configuration changes, testing, and day-to-day Workday issues.
 * Strong Workday reporting and dashboard experience, including building dashboards and validating that reports are pulling the correct data.
 * Experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate those needs into Workday configuration changes.
 * Exposure to Workday Talent, particularly goals and performance management.
 * Advanced Compensation experience is a nice-to-have, but not required.
 * Higher education experience is also a nice-to-have, but they are open to candidates from other complex Workday environments.
