You will translate customer requirements into deployable system solutions by integrating energy storage, charging infrastructure, distributed energy resources, controls, communications, and monitoring systems. Working across multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure solutions meet performance, safety, reliability, and operational objectives while supporting projects from concept through commissioning and field deployment., * Develop site electrification solutions including battery energy storage systems (BESS), charging infrastructure, hybrid energy systems, and microgrids. * Translate customer and site requirements into technical specifications, system architectures, equipment selections, and interface definitions. * Lead integration activities across electrical, controls, software, communications, and monitoring systems. * Support system validation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. * Perform technical analysis and root-cause investigations to resolve complex integration and operational issues. * Collaborate with engineering, product, manufacturing, service, suppliers, and customers to deliver successful site solutions. * Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, test plans, validation reports, and technical recommendations. * Monitor emerging electrification, energy storage, and site infrastructure technologies and recommend improvements to solution offerings., * Directs the matrix computations performed to transform objects in coordinate space. * Consults on benefits and drawbacks of top-down design vs. bottom-up design. * Compares and contrasts uses of bird's-eye views and worm's-eye views.
