## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent business experience.
 * 3+ years of experience in master data management, data stewardship, customer onboarding, data quality, or operational data support.
 * Hands-on experience creating or maintaining customer master / Business Partner records in SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP environment.
 * Understanding of Order-to-Cash processes and how customer master data impacts order entry, shipping, billing, payments, reporting, and downstream systems.
 * Experience with request intake, documentation, approvals, evidence capture, and audit-ready records.
 * Strong attention to detail, service orientation, stakeholder communication, and proficiency with Excel or data analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications

 * SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud and Business Partner role-based maintenance experience.
 * Experience with regulated or audit-controlled environments such as SOX/GxP.
 * Experience with duplicate review, address validation.

## Description

The Master Data Analyst provides dedicated operational ownership for day-to-day customer master data onboarding, maintenance, and change support activities in SAP S/4HANA, Lisbon, or related operational applications. The role supports Phase 2 operational capacity by ensuring customer records are accurate, transaction-ready, properly documented, and aligned to approved master data standards. This position enables Enterprise MDM to shift greater focus toward governance, data quality, automation readiness, and strategic master data initiatives while maintaining reliable daily service delivery.
