* 3 or more years of experience building and launching production web3 backend systems
 * Strong experience integrating with protocols and smart contracts, including complex transaction flows and RPC interactions
 * Solid understanding of EVM internals, smart contract design patterns and industry best practices
 * Comfortable with tools such as Tenderly, ethers, viem and wagmi
 * Able to push through technical challenges with creativity and persistence
 * Comfortable working independently in an environment with a shifting context
 * Care deeply about building things that users trust
 * Care about a secure, fault-tolerant, and maintainable infrastructure

Nice to Have
