## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead MuleSoft Developer to drive end-to-end integration development initiatives using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on development expertise, technical leadership capabilities, and the ability to work closely with clients and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality integration solutions., * Lead end-to-end MuleSoft design, development, implementation, and support activities.

 * Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine integration requirements.
 * Translate business requirements into technical designs, APIs, and integration solutions.
 * Design and develop MuleSoft integrations using Mule 4 and API-led connectivity principles.
 * Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP-based services and APIs.
 * Provide technical leadership through code reviews, design reviews, and development best practices.
 * Guide development teams through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
 * Work closely with Architects, QA, DevOps, and application teams to manage technical dependencies and deliver solutions successfully.
 * Drive defect resolution, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.
 * Ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to enterprise development standards.
