## About the Role

* Strong Experience Type script/java script and react or another modern frontend framework(Angular, Vue).
 * Experience using python for application development, scripting and data manipulation.
 * Knowledge of dataframes (pandas, polars).
 * Comfortable with SQL as a language and experience with different database flavors (SQLite, Postgress, MySQL).

## Description

Belay Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our intel team. Section 7 DAT is a forward deployed development team providing critical mission support to CNO. As a senior member of the team you will work closely with analysts and operators to plan and architect solutions to CNE problems. You'll have the opportunity to work on every part of the CNE pipeline. You will sit next to operators to understand how they work and how you can support their workflows. Work with analysts to understand their data and build analytics so aid them in making decisions supporting national security. As a senior engineer you will work across multiple projects and provide guidance on frontend and backend design plans. Help the team and customer create robust solutions on everything from big data problems to web app data visualizations., * Develop webapps to intuitively convey data and analysis.
Develop data transforms for every kind of data. (Text, JSON, Databases, XML, configs, etc.).

 * Facilitate customer interactions to gather feature requests, new application requirements and understand project and customer needs.
 * Work to gain a deep understanding of mission objectives and data to help analysts figure out what the right questions to ask are.
 * Help maintain and architect existing and new applications and transforms to thoughtfully convey a better understanding of analytics and data.
 * Manage and support mission critical servers supporting CNO projects directly working as a developer of server framework and sysadmin on servers when needed.
