 * 8+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality, and metadata management.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Developer with strong Oracle PL/SQL expertise to support enterprise applications and data services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle database development, data modeling, data migration, data quality, and system integration.

The candidate will work closely with Data Architects, Database Administrators, application support teams, and vendors to design, develop, maintain, and optimize database solutions and integrations with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications., * Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database objects, including tables, views, indexes, triggers, and constraints.

 * Develop, maintain, and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions.
 * Support logical and physical data modeling, database normalization, and data design activities.
 * Lead and execute data migration and data conversion activities for new implementations, system upgrades, and integrations.
 * Develop and integrate SOAP and REST web services for data exchange between internal systems and vendor-hosted applications.
 * Analyze data and metadata to ensure accuracy, integrity, quality, and compliance with organizational standards.
 * Collaborate with Data Architects and DBAs on performance tuning, code reviews, and database best practices.
 * Troubleshoot database and integration issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
 * Participate in technical design sessions, project planning, effort estimation, documentation, and application maintenance.
