## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
 * Experience with manufacturing, test operations, and test equipment
 * Ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, test procedures, and other technical documents
 * Demonstrated ability to work within a team of technicians and engineers
 * Familiarity with common tools, test equipment and GSE and their operation and usage
 * Familiarity with AF (Automation Framework), SAP and VECAMS/APRISO
 * Must be a United States citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance

## Description

SPP is seeking an Apprentice Floor Lead to support integration and test efforts on the production floor. Responsibilities include:

 * Oversight and general direction on the production floor for a cross-functional team executing assembly, integration and test of high value space hardware
 * Training and oversight of workmanship, and adherence to hardware handling and safety imperatives
 * Support mechanical operations as Certified Test Conductor
 * Reviews work instruction, schedules and other execution documents for executability
 * Drives readiness of parts, paper, people, GSE, etc. for upcoming planned activities
 * Interfaces with external organizations during subsystem and/or system integration and testing activities
