 * 10+ years of experience in Data Management, Analytics, or related arenas.

 * 3+ years of experience in cross-system and full-stack architecture using Snowflake.

 * Proven ability to develop Snowflake data platform roadmaps.

 * Strong expertise in cloud data platforms, data modeling, and data governance.

 * Experience supporting enterprise analytics, reporting, AI/ML, and data-driven business initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

 * Experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry preferred .

 * Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Power BI, Informatica, and modern data engineering platforms.

 * Experience with GxP and regulated environments preferred.

Job Level: Management

## Description

* Define and maintain enterprise data architecture standards, technology strategies, and Snowflake roadmaps.

 * Establish data governance standards encompassing metadata management, data quality, lineage, and privacy compliance.

 * Evaluate emerging technologies in cloud, AI, analytics, and data through assessments and POCs.

 * Collaborate with IT stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives .

 * Lead architecture design, solution reviews, and technical governance for data initiatives.

 * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance for implementation teams.

 * Manage stakeholder requests and prioritize them to align with business needs.

 * Facilitate meetings with IT and business stakeholders to drive alignment on business needs.

 * Engage proactively with leadership to manage dependencies on other departments.

 * Make independent decisions on complex projects and strategic initiatives.
