* Proven experience delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
 * Strong Project Management experience within ERP or digital transformation programmes.
 * Experience managing Finance and Procurement transformation projects.
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership teams.
 * Strong governance, programme controls, RAID and risk management experience.
 * Demonstrable experience managing project budgets, schedules and resources.
 * Ability to lead multiple workstreams within complex organisational environments.

## Description

* Lead Oracle Fusion ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live and hypercare.
 * Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, resources, RAID logs and governance activities.
 * Coordinate cross-functional workstreams including Finance, Procurement, Data Migration, Testing, Reporting and Change.
 * Manage stakeholders, suppliers and implementation partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
 * Oversee testing, cutover, deployment and business readiness activities.
 * Monitor risks, issues and dependencies, driving effective resolution and ensuring delivery objectives are met.
