In the rise to becoming a true technology leader, the brand is now consistently one of the top five companies in online transactions and 85% of our sales in the U.S. are taken through digital channels. The brand continues to 'deliver the dream' to local business owners, 90% of which started as delivery drivers and pizza makers in our stores. That's just the tip of the iceberg…or as we might say, one "slice" of the pie! If this sounds like a brand you'd like to be a part of, consider joining our team!, Front-End Development - This rotation focuses on building either web or native iOS/Android applications, providing a comprehensive understanding of user interface and experience design. Participants working on web will learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and libraries like React, Redux, and XState. Participants working on native apps will learn Swift/Swift UI, and frameworks like Swift Package Manager for iOS - or Kotlin/Jetpack Compose and Gradle for Android. They'll work on creating responsive designs, ensuring accessibility, and optimizing performance. Back-End Development - In this rotation, participants will delve into server-side programming. They'll learn languages like Java, .Net, and work with databases (SQL and NoSQL). They'll gain experiences in API development, server management, and integrating back-end services with front-end applications. Data/Artificial Intelligence - This rotation expands participants' problem-solving toolkit and deepens their understanding of modern software development, with a special focus on scalable data products. The participants may support one or more segments within data platforms, architecture, analytics, engineering, and AI capabilities. They would get a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business strategy, technology innovation, and data-driven decision making. Infrastructure - Gain exposure to the technologies that power enterprise operations by collaborating with Infrastructure, SRE, and Network Engineering teams. Drive improvements in reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency through cloud-native technologies, automation, observability, and engineering best practices that deliver exceptional customer and business outcomes.
