## About the Role

The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience managing healthcare technology environments, hospital IT operations, electronic health records, infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology projects, vendors, budgets, and IT teams., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.

 * Equivalent professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
 * 5+ years of IT leadership or management experience.
 * 3+ years working in healthcare IT, preferably within a hospital environment.
 * Demonstrated experience managing technology services in a complex or multi-location organization.
 * Practical knowledge of EHR and clinical information systems.
 * Experience with cybersecurity, privacy, and healthcare technology compliance.
 * Experience leading technology implementations, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
 * Experience with IT budgets, contracts, suppliers, and service providers.
 * Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or developing IT professionals.
 * Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
