## About the Role

 * Proven implementation expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

 * Prior experience engineering Salesforce solutions in the healthcare domain, with a strong understanding of patient care workflows, medical data structures, and regulatory and privacy requirements.
 * Strong architectural capabilities, including complex data modeling, Salesforce platform boundaries and governor limits, and enterprise integration patterns.
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, modern CI/CD deployment pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
 * Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills involving complex code, asynchronous processing, and integration failures.
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and business leadership.

## Description

Drive the technical design and hands-on development of scalable Salesforce solutions supporting complex business processes in the healthcare domain. This role combines senior-level Salesforce engineering with technical architecture, enterprise integrations, platform optimization, and technical leadership. You will work across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, develop secure and high-performing solutions, establish engineering standards, and collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable Salesforce capabilities., * Solution Design and Architecture: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs, scalable data models, system architectures, and sharing models aligned with Salesforce best practices.

 * Hands-on Development: Lead technical implementation using Apex classes, triggers, controllers, Async Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
 * System Integration: Design and build secure, high-performance REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations connecting Salesforce with external platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and internal systems.
 * Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
 * Performance, Security, and Compliance: Optimize Salesforce governor-limit usage, support performance under bulk loads, maintain platform security, and align solutions with healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA.
