## About the Role

8+ years of overall IT testing experience with enterprise applications.
4+ years of hands-on performance and load testing experience.
Strong hands-on expertise with NeoLoad, including scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting.
Experience testing enterprise-scale applications with high transaction volumes and complex integrations.
Strong understanding of load, stress, endurance, scalability, and performance testing methodologies.
Experience testing APIs, middleware, batch processing, asynchronous workflows, and integration platforms.
Experience working with SAP platforms, CRM applications, analytics solutions, and enterprise integration architectures.
Strong analytical skills with experience identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks across application and infrastructure layers.
Experience integrating performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and supporting release readiness activities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; experience with SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, cloud environments, and CRM-to-ERP integrations is highly preferred.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $70.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.

## Description

As a SAP Performance Load Test Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance, load, stress, and scalability tests across complex SAP and integrated enterprise platforms. This role focuses on validating system performance, identifying bottlenecks, supporting release readiness, and ensuring enterprise applications meet performance and scalability requirements., Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad.
Develop performance testing strategies, workload models, acceptance criteria, and test plans.
Perform end-to-end performance validation across SAP, CRM, middleware, API, web, mobile, and analytics platforms.
Simulate enterprise-scale workloads including high-volume transactions, batch processes, and concurrent user activity.
Validate performance of integrations, APIs, message queues, and asynchronous processing workflows.
Monitor response times, throughput, resource utilization, and system performance metrics.
Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide performance optimization recommendations.
Develop and maintain NeoLoad test scripts, frameworks, and automated performance testing processes.
Create performance dashboards, reports, executive summaries, and go/no-go recommendations.
Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities while promoting performance testing best practices.
