## About the Role

* Hands-on experience with Coupa P2P or other Procure-to-Pay/Source-to-Pay platforms, including SAP Ariba, Zip, or Oracle Procurement.
 * Experience with at least one full implementation or major module deployment, with direct ownership of configuration or UAT activities.
 * Strong understanding of approval workflows, approval hierarchies, guided buying, catalogs, punch-outs, and supplier onboarding.
 * Knowledge of three-way matching, tolerance thresholds, purchase order processing, and procurement controls.
 * Experience with supplier master data migration, data validation, and transaction reconciliation.
 * Experience supporting go-live activities, issue resolution, and post-implementation stabilization.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills in a fast-paced implementation environment.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Ironclad or other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
 * Background in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or research environments.
 * Experience integrating procurement systems with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
 * Experience with hypercare support, legacy system decommissioning, and transition to internal support teams.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced P2P Coupa Implementation Specialist to support the configuration, implementation, and deployment of a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution. This individual will work closely with the systems integrator, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and go-live.
The role will involve hands-on system configuration, workflow development, data migration, user acceptance testing, and go-live support. Following implementation, the specialist will manage issue resolution, system enhancements, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams., * Lead configuration workshops and coordinate daily implementation activities with the systems integrator and internal stakeholders.

 * Configure procurement workflows, approval hierarchies, guided buying, catalogs, punch-out integrations, and supplier onboarding processes.
 * Support supplier master data, open commitments, and purchase order migration, including data validation and reconciliation.
 * Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test script development, defect tracking, issue resolution, and go-live readiness.
 * Manage parallel-run reconciliation to ensure accurate purchasing transactions and prevent duplicate or missed orders.
 * Provide post-implementation support, including hypercare, troubleshooting, and configuration improvements.
 * Develop implementation documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal system owners.
 * Collaborate with Finance, Legal, procurement, and technical teams to address business requirements and implementation challenges.
