## Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Operations Engineer to provide advanced technical support for enterprise network infrastructure, with a strong focus on Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, SD-WAN, and network connectivity.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting complex network incidents, supporting firewall deployments and replacements, coordinating on-site field engineers, and restoring critical network services., * Provide L3 support for Fortinet FortiGate firewalls and SD-WAN devices.

 * Troubleshoot firewall policies, NAT, IPsec VPN, routing, WAN/LAN connectivity, and network performance issues.
 * Work with FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer for centralized device management and log analysis.
 * Lead complex incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
 * Coordinate with onsite field engineers for hardware replacement, RMA, cabling, and device recovery.
 * Perform pre-change and post-change health checks and service validation.
 * Support FortiOS upgrades, network deployments, and approved maintenance activities.
 * Manage incidents, problems, and changes using ServiceNow.
 * Collaborate with NOC, Network Operations, Network Security, carriers, and Fortinet TAC.
 * Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting procedures.
